Owner of Meese and Associates, LLC. commercial real estate development, Litchfield Park, AZ; Commander in the United States Navy for 25 years; Mayor of Litchfield Park, Arizona; 1984 and 1985; Member of Estrella Rotary Club for 42 years where he initiated a Veterans Day Memorial Luncheon that has been running yearly for over 20 years. On October 2, 2021 he received a Congressional Recognition for his service to his country and community. Dick has been a supporter of Three Oaks Opera since 2011. He traveled to Italy twice with his wife, Mary, who sang leading mezzo roles with the company.James O. Melita
Purchasing agent for Bath Iron Works in Bath, Maine; former Purchasing Agent for a sovereign Indian Nation in the Phoenix area; a life-long singer, Jim has performed in musical theater and opera in New Hampshire, Arizona and in his current home in Maine. He has been lead singer and soloist in Catholic churches as well. Jim has had lead roles with Three Oaks Opera since 2012, and has remained an avid supporter of the organization. He is excited about his position on the board and hopes that his business expertise and theatre experience will further the mission of Three Oaks Opera.
